Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional beauty services tailored to client needs, ensuring a professional and relaxing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Beauty Treatments:
• Perform a range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and massages.
• Provide advanced services such as skin treatments, eyelash extensions, and cosmetic procedures as trained.
2. Client Consultation:
• Assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations for services and products.
• Maintain excellent communication to ensure client satisfaction and comfort.
3. Skincare and Cosmetic Knowledge:
• Recommend skincare routines and beauty products to clients.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.
4. Cleanliness and Hygiene:
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Sanitize tools and equipment before and after each use.
5. Retail and Sales:
• Promote and sell beauty products and packages to clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
6. Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other team members to create a welcoming and cohesive environment.
• Attend training and staff meetings as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
• Experience: Prior experience in a salon or spa is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform high-quality treatments.
• Knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends.
